Taking charge of your own health takes a lot of dedication and hard work! I’m glad that you are working towards managing your symptoms!
There are times when symptomology doesn’t always reflect underlying disease progression, especially in the case of autoimmune disease. Additionally, there could be things happening at a biochemical level in your body that are not reflecting at the surface (your symptoms). In these cases, you may just need a bit more information to steer you in the right direction to support staying in balance and in optimal health. That’s the benefit to tailored and targeted nutrition interventions.
